Hi everyone. It’s been a while since I posted. Sorry about that. Life is getting hectic around here. Family situations. I really have not had time to put into the website.
I just finished answering an email where I explained some of what’s going on to one CDFL’s readers. I guess now is as good a time as any to let the rest of you know about it too. So here’s most of what I said in the email:
The Control Diabetes For Life website and its materials have been sold to a new owner. I sold it to the guy who taught me all about Goals, Means and Measures. I think the whole thing is being renovated in ways (much better ways) that I never thought of doing. Everything is being moved around and stuff.
It looks like the (recently created) Facebook page (even the whole Facebook account) is closed, but a new site is being set up. I am sure the new site will be much better. What I’ve seen so far looks good.
I just don’t have time anymore to keep up with Control Diabetes For Life. You should receive notice when the new site opens. I hope you’ll like it and get lots of benefit from it. The new owner is pretty cool. He’s a type 2 and manages it pretty well.
Well, that’s it. There’s a certain sense of sadness at turning this work over to someone else. But mostly a sense of relief, since I just have too much life going on right now and for the foreseeable future. And hey, I got paid good money for it too.
Thanks everyone. I’m sure I’ll pop in at the new place from time to time. Thanks for everything.
